I received my first camera, a Kodak Disc camera, when I was in fourth grade. I've always been inspired by my mother, an amazing photographer, who documented most of our lives behind the lenses of a Pentax.
In college, I ventured into the motion picture realm and received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Texas in Radio-Television-Film with a focus on film production. Cinematography was my primary interest. My passion for cinematography was insatiable and led me to England and Poland for further studies and numerous awards.
Back in Texas, I have shot a few shorts, but have returned to my first love, stills photography! With over 10 years of professional, photographic experience, I still treasure the importance of a camera.
