In case you missed the opening, here are the images used in my Klausner series as well as the piece, "Intonarumori for Klausner".  The black and white, hand printed Holga photos are not included on this site.  And yes, the "machine" is still available.

The "machine" is my fantastical idea based on the "sound machine" from the short story of the same name by Roald Dahl (published 1949 in The New Yorker).  It is merely an interpretation but also my version of a sound machine if I were to build one and offer it affectionately to the story's protagonist, Klausner.  Some stylistic details were picked up from Italian Futurism as well as Art Nouveau to create the hand-crafted Intonarumori (see Luigi Russolo).

The opening will be up through the end of October at Gallery Black Lagoon, 4301 Suite A Guadalupe Street.
Hours are Wednesday through Friday 3-7, or by special appointment.  Call:(512) 371-8838
